Mark Levin On Tomorrow's Illegal Senate Vote to Amend the 2nd Amendment

Mark Levin vs Judge Anthony Scalia as to whose opinion matters on the ability of the government to issue regulations in regard to gun ownership........aaahhhhh Mr. Kotter is Judge Scalia the right answer? I thought he was the strict constructionist conservative Justice Mr. Kotter.......you mean it is unanimous that those other hippie dippie Justices all agree that the United States can issue regulations in regard to safe gun ownership? But.....but.....but......Mr. Kotter.......Mark Levin is on the radio.........he says the Government is amending the constitution......I am confused.....he has been so correct about everything else.
