to answer your question, I've lived in Pensacola since 1956. Three years shy of half a century.

Help me on your math......is there another dimension that you slid into for a few years which you did not count for that half century.....did you move for a few years......or have you been frozen somewhere around 2006 and in suspended animation where you quit counting years.....? help me because I am confused.

"Talks about" it is right. But all they do is talk about it. They don't actually do anything about it. So you're getting your wish and the debt you're so fond of will continue to grow. So don't look a gift horse in the mouth.

I fully realize that Barack Obama and Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid and Paul Krugman are the smartest financial minds we have and we're lucky to have them.
But just for shits and giggles, take a gander at this interview, Sal. And tell me how this person is all wrong about the debt so I'll understand it as well as you and Nancy and Harry do. The interview is focused on the bailout of the financial system, but it does culminate with his opinions about the debt.

I consider myself a independent with a conservative lean.

I'm not against gays however I will at this time demand they compromise in my direction if they desire my support otherwise I stand with the no side on this issue.
