Dunno. However, I think it would have been healthier if we had more of a correction after the bad employment data instead of skyrocketing to new highs. Those types of divergences concern me, but this market seems unstoppable.

Probably the most widely watched earnings announcement is Tuesday: Apple (ticker: AAPL)
Lots of speculation about a disappointment. While I think the smartphone is becoming a commodity, I sure do see a lot of iPhones. Any predictions? I own calls going into the earnings announcement.

Think I have found a good, sustainable strategy now. I'm up about 13% on the year so far - having regained what I lost in that really bad week of trading /es.
Now I just take a few long stock positions. If they are up on the day, I take no action. If they are down, I play the opposite direction with /es. This strategy has brought me back to where I was a month ago when I was killing it. Only time will tell.

KR has been performing unbelievably well for me. My long stocks are KR, CI, and FTK.

Nah. I was at lunch. Came back and noticed that my chart was messed up. it was already recovering by that time.

Apple's earnings were great....they even up the dividend and will be buying back stock. However, they will be borrowing money to do it. They are the most cash rich company in the country with $144Billion and they are creating debt to buy back shares. Unbelievable.
