I thought I saw the other day you said something about zynga? As a small stockholder myself what do you think of the recent downturn and do you think it will recover?
Thanks

It was getting some hype over legalized online gambling and there was some volume coming into the stock, so I played it once for a bounce in late February and once for a breakout last week. They were classic setups and the breakout was textbook. However, it broke down the next day....obviously a huge sign of weakness. I still have a small amount in an IRA that I would probably look to cut my losses in the low $3s. If you want to know if ZNGA is a good company, fundamentally, I'm the wrong person to ask.

doubtingthomas wrote:It has at the end of a line G/L % next to it had -240% of what my account amount was, so the money in account yesterday at one point was -240% than what I started. I guess that is what that means. When I was in the stock market many years ago everything was done thru a broker and I received statements monthly. I never traded online before. Still learning. Anyway I just checked after hours and it's still holding. It's good to see everyone is not selling that bought when it was tanked yesterday. Poker Scout had Zynga at top of list for active players a while ago. I watched them play today and it is not exactly the same as zynga poker on FB, which I hated. It looked like hands were holding up til finish instead of getting beat on the river and players were actually folding which many do not do on fb zynga since it's free.

Portfolio G/L ($|%): -91.96, when this was at 240 it could not have been the amount of money I lost because I was down over $400 yesterday.

There must be some sort of toggle switch to alternate between $gain/$loss and %gain/%loss.
G/L ($|%) = Gain/Loss (dollars/percentage)
$200 investment that has lost $10 would read:
G/L ($/%): -10/-5
didn't try that
