Thats ridiculous. it doesnt cost that much to clean up bio-haz off the street. I've done it too many times to remember. 2 to 3 gallons of 10% bleach, let it sit for about five minutes, pour oil dry on it and shovel it up. Wash the rest down. Turn the traffic loose. Go back to station.
