Back many years ago when I worked with Sheriffs dept(Mechanic) they had a guy go wild when they were booking him. I guess he was on PCP or something. They sprayed so much mace that it was literally dripping off of him. He was tossing the LEOs around like paper dolls. It took them awhile but they finally got him chained up. The mace/peper spray. got into the A/c system and they had to evacuate the offices and part of the Jail. It was a hell of a brutal fight.
