But it's like this. The last thing I want to have happen again is what happened after the last election. The right-wingers are convinced that all we had to do was vote for McCain (vote against Obama) and that would have solved our problems. If Obama wins again, we will be hearing that a whole helluva lot louder starting Wednesday morning and for the next four years.
Instead, we really need to give the right-wingers what they think they want. That's the only way we'll ever get enough people to realize that Republicans are no answer either. Then maybe enough of us will start looking for something other than democrat or republican. That's the only way anything can begin to improve.
