When the COWH said he cut taxes for the middle class and small businesses eighteen times....Now the FACT CHECK....13 Have long ago expired and 5 were never extended by the administration...So to attempt to say he's a champion for the middle class and small businesses...another one of those 'manipulations' of the facts....
