This is an old article but serves as a starting point. It boggles the mind to think of how many people got sucked into this carnival barker's gig but he's THAT good at reading the crowd!

Even by the standards of billionaire businessmen, Donald Trump is an unusually litigious man who has been involved in thousands of lawsuits - both those he has launched and those he has defended - over the years.
The president-elect has been party to some 4,000 lawsuits over the last 30 years and is currently facing 75 active lawsuits, according to analysis by USA Today newspaper.
Mr Trump has settled arguably the most embarrassing three lawsuits - over the now-defunct Trump University - which centred on former students claiming they were charged tens of thousands of dollars for courses that promised to unlock the secrets of real estate entrepreneurship - and didn't.
He has always denied the claims but settled for $25m (£20m).

Add to these old lawsuits the more recent ones. These include suits regarding the policy of family separation; mishandling the attempt to reunite families; payments from foreign governments through his hotels and golf courses; the establishment of a LLC to sell MAGA gear etc.

And this:

Last week, I wrote about the many financial conflicts of interest President-elect Donald Trump will face as president. People are right to be concerned that he will not abide by the traditional rules that every president in the modern era before him has chosen to honor. Presidents are not subject to Congressional oversight of conflicts of interest, and Trump has shown little interest in voluntarily disclosing any potential conflicts related to his global business interests. For clarity, here are five big areas of potential conflicts of interest that will almost certainly expand over time.

Thank you for bringing his record up to date. Legally he is the gift that keeps on giving! No telling how many investigations will be forthcoming once the Democrats take over the House!
