A recent Gallup Poll shows that far fewer 18-to 29-year-olds intend on voting this election. Only 58 percent of registered voters in that age group say they will "definitely vote" next month - a number that falls far below the national average of 78 percent

That group has the highest unemployment rate of any. They voted for the HOPE and CHANGE and now all they can hope for is some CHANGE.
