On Monday, President Trump fired Daniel Ragsdale, the acting head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, replacing him with Thomas Homan. Since 2013, Homan has been the executive associate director of ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations. Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly made the announcement Monday night, not long after Trump fired acting Attorney General Sally Yates for defying his executive order on immigration, which she said she did not believe was lawful. They are sworn to uphold the Constitution, not the POTUS no matter who it is. He's headed for impeachment. I didn't think it would happen in his first month but he's really working on it.

In the Constitution the allegiance of the government is to the CITIZENS, not immigrants.

When government can no longer protect the citizens, citizens have a duty to change the government to one that will. That happened in November. Do your reading on Hobbes and Locke. It's what the FF built this nation upon.

All these people who spout the crapola that Obama failed to protect us will, of course, completely change their tune when the next U.S. citizen nut case kills a bunch of people under Trump's watch.  It will happen, and Trump & Co. are doubtless already coming up with reasons why it wasn't their fault - and guess what?  They'd be right, just as Obama cannot logically or properly be blamed for every single mental whack-o who decided to brandish a semi-automatic and slay some poor innocents during O's term -- with or without ties to ISIS or their propaganda.
