This process takes from 18 months to three years to complete. It is not as if people are just flooding into our country. This is a very thorough well thought out policy and procedure as opposed to the disorganized chaos that is now erupting at our airports due to lack of planning, lack of briefing of those who were meant to carry out the directives from this "still wet behind the ears" administration. No one should expect a polished seamless functioning from a brand new administration but good grief almighty, this is an unacceptable way to run the country. It is alienating our allies. Few would object to improvements being made to this process but it looks to be very complete as is.
