If you did, you would know that Petulant President Barack Hussein Obama had a Democrat House and Senate the first two years of his reign. If you recall, that is when the Senate, under Harry Reid, changed the rules allowing them to cram ObamaCare up our...throats by a simple majority instead of 60 votes.
