DA announces after thoroughly  investigations ...the shooting of Keith Lamar Scott was justified. Charges will not be brought against officer Vincent.

I just watched that statement in a waiting room. The evidence of justifiable was clear.

Mentally unstable individuals should not be allowed to have possession of a weapon. The family needs to intervene.

Who knows...they would probably sit around trying to impress people while waving a loaded gun. You can not trust them.

 The NC guy had a TBI= no gun, he was a convicted felon= no gun, and he was on mind altering medication= no gun. He had been previously jailed for shooting someone.....He was a was a time bomb.

THANK YOU for proving, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that the shooting and killing of Keith Lamar Scott.

You also proved that he was NOT "just living in his American skin". He was a danger to himself and to everyone around him. His wife was eager and happy to allow him to do so!
