According to the video linked below, the victim was a mentally disturbed 66-year-old black woman who had created a disturbance at the apartment house where she lived. Knowing they were called to confront a mentally disturbed woman, when challenged by her with a baseball bat, they gunned her down. They had several alternative non-lethal options.

Markle, tell us again how the cops never shoot black women ....
