Isn't this a bit LATE? Shouldn't that have been done WAY BACK BEFORE Lame Duck President Barack Hussein Obama drew that RED LINE in the sand?

Exclusive: Obama, aides expected to weigh Syria military options on Friday
By Arshad Mohammed and Jonathan Landay | WASHINGTON

U.S. President Barack Obama and his top foreign policy advisers are expected to meet on Friday to consider their military and other options in Syria as Syrian and Russian aircraft continue to pummel Aleppo and other targets, U.S. officials said.

Some top officials argue the United States must act more forcefully in Syria or risk losing what influence it still has over moderate rebels and its Arab, Kurdish and Turkish allies in the fight against Islamic State, the officials told Reuters.

One set of options includes direct U.S. military action such as air strikes on Syrian military bases, munitions depots or radar and anti-aircraft bases, said one official who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss internal deliberations.

I'm sorry, but did you have something to say?

Sorry if we are distracted right now, but we are having way too much fun watching Donald J. Trump's presidential bid go up in smoke.

We will be able to pay more attention to your petty threads after Hillary Clinton is declared the 45th president elected to the nation's highest office, and the first woman to hold that office, to boot.

So you'll support or excuse military adventurism as long as it's your regime. What a surprise.

How do you leap from an article to that last statement? I'm just curious how that works exactly.

It works by understanding that the Israelis and Saudis have supported ISIS in the destruction of the nation state of Syria and that has been a policy goal of the United States for almost 50 years........the rest is simply propaganda to convince us that military intervention is necessary in the middle east.....it is not. If we simply walked away completely.......removed ALL of our troops, then the truth would be exposed and American wealth and blood would no longer be spilled down a rabbit hole of protecting Israel and Saudi Arabia, and in that process killing hundreds of thousands of innocents. Israel is an ally who we will give aid and support, but we will not be their patsy. Saudi Arabia is not a nation we should be spilling an ounce of blood or a penny of our resources......they are a corrupt and evil regime.

Russia will do what it wants here because of O'dummer's  leadership from behind tactics.  Obama can't step up to the plate here because Vlad has been telling him what to do from the start. They aren't going to let Assad fall as he is useful for them as a puppet and need that port in the Eastern Med. they also are going to keep that natural gas line from Qatar to never make it through to sell in Europe. That would hurt the profits of Gazprom. No,
Obama is Putin's bitch here and nothing will change short of an all out war and while Obama may talk a lot of junk, he won't start a war with the Russians over Syria.

Then how does Obama get a pass? He certainly isn't what he promised... but is never held accountable.

Be careful... I don't want you to sprain anything.
