Van driver who murdered Freddie Gray found Not Guilty

Let's see, a Baltimore teenager riding his bicycle is arrested by Baltimore cops and dies in police van from a broken neck and other injuries. And thus far, of the six cops indicted, three have been found not guilty. Do you smell a riot coming? I sure as hell do!

I do not know why. I always argue that the important thing is the trial. It is like a beacon on a hill where every law enforcement officer knows that if they abuse a citizen, they will be held to the same criminal laws which they have been charged to enforce. This case was difficult to establish proximate cause of the injury. Very difficult case to prosecute, and the SA should be given praise for taking the tough cases which do not usually get convictions......that beacon on the hill serves a purpose.

Your comment is laughable and stupid, congratulations. If there are riots in Baltimore they will be dominated by angry Black Americans whom this trial and the event that caused it can only feel like victims. If protesting law enforcement officer racism and violence is progressive, than so was the entire civil rights conflict of the 60s. If protesting the murder of prisoners by police officers is progressive, count me in!! No doubt you can visit your Nazi photo file for reinforcement ...

Freddie Gray had not committed a crime. Freddie Gray's "offense" was running from the cops.
