Artery clogging list there.  Although Chick Fil A does have a great grilled chicken wrap.  It's my go to when I do eat out for lunch.  All the other is health wrecking madness.

*after thought ....

They have moved away from animal fat oils to veggie oils but still the amount of carbs, sugar, and empty calories is what has the nation in a fat fiasco. Type 2 on the rise and this stuff is part of the culprit.

Oh, and people are lazy and do not exercise.

We have been digging on Zoe's at Cordova Mall lately. I love their chicken kabob over rice, with a side of Greek salad. Best of all, I buy one of their oversized chocolate-chip cookies for dessert!

Portillos is the best bar none............to have lived on fast food wasteland, and the panhandle pizza wasteland, it is no wonder some in this country would name a chicken place, but when I saw that list name Papa Johns.......there is a cultural gap in this country......food and music are politics, and when a nation names Papa Johns as a top fast food restaurant..........we are in much deeper chit than we ever knew.
