As a kid, we would go to the local bait shop and they would let us use a seine net to collect crawfish. We were given a penny for each one we caught and we had much fun wadding in the river collecting them, selling our fish, and hunting for golf balls around the local golf course......a kid's life is pretty laid back and was full of freedom without parental supervision. Well, I am watching on tv this morning folks cooking up 10k pounds of crawfish at a festival, and I have NEVER tried crawfish, and the only part I think which would be edible is the tail meat, but help me as to how you eat crawfish and what parts are edible and how hard is it to get to......
