Tonight on TV: "The Circus: Inside the Greatest Political Show on Earth"

so you don't have to be subscribed to get it.
I watched a promo of it on Morning Joe and they said part of tonight's
episode was filmed at the Pensacola Trump rally.

The Circus: Inside the Greatest Political Show on Earth, a new Showtime documentary series launching at 8 p.m. Eastern on Sunday (Jan. 17), intends to stay un-wonky, focusing instead on getting “behind some of the humanity, some of the humor, some of the pain” on the presidential campaign trail, in the words of Mark McKinnon, who with Mark Halperin and John Heilemann (coauthors of the campaign chronicles Game Change and Double Down) will shadow the campaigns on the series. Premiere-episode sequences will focus on Donald Trump, Bernie Sanders and Ted Cruz, according to a Showtime news release.

Not subscribed and have direct cable (no  box) from Mediacom.   Hubby did a scan of all new digital channels earlier this evening and Showtime didn't pop up for us.  The series also wasn't shown on our TV guide-type schedule for tonight.   So we tried, but no luck.   Did you see it, Bob?  Was it any good?

You didn't miss anything.  It was just another attempt by media to exploit the interest in all this.  Didn't reveal anything of value.
