Just wow... it's scary how much has to be ignored to believe this. Minh's brutality backed by china created the issue. The "communist threat" existed before and continued after. The war in Vietnam laid waste to Indochina and left 58,000 Americans dead. The country went communist anyway. We should have minded our own business. Just like we should have left well enough alone in Iraq.
