She will go down if her competency is unable to overcome the propaganda which has been aimed at destroying her ability to be liked by the American public. What does that have to do with emails. After all for half the year you have Hillary going to jail and her personally lying and sorting the emails, and poof the three of your arguments go up in smoke, and you start talking about Zuckerberg, Mr. Markle's cogent argument is....she is a liar.....and Pk runs away.......brilliant. Duh......it took you this long to have this realization after months of my posting the same, and what is even more amusing is this first grade understanding of how document discovery works......incredible. Are you finally going to admit the truth that she will not be prosecuted? What happens if you do not get all the documents you need in any discovery request.....the first thing you do is make a supplementary request.......and if that does not work.....another request, and after about three if you think there is an INTENTIONAL obstruction to the discovery request, you go to a judge, who will clarify what has to be done, and if after the same is done, it is still not in compliance, then there can be a rule to show cause why somebody is not in contempt of the court, and then a hearing, and then compliance or sanctions. None of this has a thing to do with Hillary being criminally prosecuted which would have required intent and actual proof of classified material being turned over to a third party.......double duh.

So your position is that the integrity of the FBI has been compromised, because if they recommended prosecution, it is your position that the AG would ignore the same? That is finally an honest answer. They will not prosecute. I have reached that same conclusion and have posted consistently on this issue for six months. I believe the FBI or Justice would not compromise integrity of the offices they hold for political protection of a former SOS anymore than they would for an honorable General who DID have intent and DID transfer classified documents to a third party with the intention that the third party would use that information.

How far can Mr. Markle and Pace run. At least PK had the honesty to admit she will not be prosecuted, but the other corners of the email triangle on this forum are strangely quite about these revelations which conform with what I have been saying for six months.....crickets.
