He may be from Princeton but he is far from smart. He goes to the Bill of Rights which was an amendment to the Constitution, but the powers of Congress to tax are an enumerated power which our forefathers gave to congress. His analysis completely ignores that enumerated power. The ACA clearly falls within the enumerated powers of congress which has been affirmed by the Supreme Court. Get somebody from Yale or Harvard who understands the constitutional powers which are clearly enumerated contrary to his foolishness.
