His hands were up and he was a Hispanic T. Thank God for phone videos. The war on citizens can finally be documented. Please do not tell me that this is a few bad apples. There are serious training issues which are raising seething anger in American citizens. Justice......simple justice is all Americans ask of our criminal justice system, not police immunity.
