All would be silly.  I think 25% over a decade is serious and helpful.  25% cuts in fire......25% cuts in the criminal justice system........25% cuts in the Military.   Most foreign aid is given in the form of Military aid which is just subsidy for Mic......we need to cut back over a decade and perhaps the time frame is to accelerated and maybe 15 years, but we need to invest in productive capacity to grow our GDP because GDP is the best correlation for potential military power, and we are weak beyond belief because America has been stolen.

Yeah we use to make things,
But businessmen such as yourself moved manufacturing overseas because American workers wanted a living wage.  In Obummers defense, he has had to create government. Jobs because the free market sure isn't doing it and if they are doing it, it's happening by bringing in foreign workers on HB1 visas.
