I remember watching that show over at my grandparents house as a kid. Back then I thought it was hilarious. Still do today.

I just watched that video to the end for the first time. How bizarre. At the end of it somebody's tacked on an old rolling stone video with some dude standing in front of the screen and making a fool of himself.

But what you see in this episode is so reefer madness.  And at the same time Downey is preaching agin drugs at the top of his lungs,  he continuously is puffing on a lighted cigarette.  And when Ron Paul calls him on it,  he gets up in Ron's face so bad it makes Bill O'Reilly look like don knotts.  lol

But his story gets even worse.  They found him in a men's room at the SF airport wearing a dress and makeup and swastikas painted on his face.  He said "I was attacked by skinheads".  
Unfortunately, it was later proven that nobody attacked him.  He was just found like that and nobody knows why.  lol

Speaking of don knotts, at this age when Ron Paul gets excited, you would swear you're listening to don knotts doing barney fife. He has exactly the same voice and mannerisms as Fife. lol
