Nope.  I saw plenty of boorish behavior from athletes.  I went to a party with a friend who was the tight end for the University I attended.  He was not the brightest star in the constellation, but a defensive lineman who later became defensive coach for the Vikings and then San Diego is sitting at this make shift bar where they had their TV in the background for music when this girl came up to him and he began talking to her.....well she makes a sarcastic remark about him and he takes a full beer and throws it in her face, and says" honey this is not the senior prom"....she storms off and in two minutes she is back she whispers something to him, and he and she go upstairs.....it was the most incredible thing I ever saw.   When I saw this guy on TV doing an interview, I just thought what a league of thugs the NFL had become.....he was a white man, but he was intelligent, and an absolute bore.
