It's just nonsense to say the Officer had no cause for the stop & did not tell him the reason for the stop.   Watch the video ... she tells him right at the beginning of her contact with him (at 2:18 to 2:23 on the video) 



Again, is anybody reading the thread.  Dreams said she stopped him because she saw the tint and ran the plates.  Yet, when the citizen asked why he was stopped, the officer either lied(she said NOTHING about the tint), or she had NO probable cause and screwed up the input intentionally to make a mismatch, was negligent in the entry, or there was a plate scanner which malfunctioned.  How come the supervisor found compliance and let the citizen go?   There needs to be an investigation.  Our rights are being trampled, and the lynch mob has completely tried to sidestep these issues and stop the discussions........naw Seaoat....we got that uppity one, and don't give a damn about the constitution or the dangerous expanding infringement on the fourth amendment....plus he back talked a white lady.

I said she probably saw the tint and he caught her eye and she ran the plates and they came up replaced. You're really stretching this on an assumption the stop was bogus w/ absolutely no evidence to back up what you're saying. The LT. said to issue him no tickets and that was most likely because he was a commissioner. He could have gotten a ticket for that tint and didn't so your silly assertions about the officer is just dumb. You did not answer the question for the third time. Where did he say it was a bad stop?

And yes there needs to be an investigation on why he didn't get a ticket like everyone else would have. The PPD will not say.
