7 months and the rice kid who was shot by police.....nothing

Just saw the kid walking in the park carrying a pellet gun....the police car zooms right up to the park pavillion and within 2 seconds a 14 year old kid is shot down......justice delayed is justice denied.  Horrible video to watch if you have children or grandchildren.

Do you even know what that means.  What are the options for the states attorney on this case?  If you cut and paste, and are an empty suit, fine...we can pretend, but if you were trying to make a point on how a case is prosecuted....tell us what the SA can do in this case, and why it is taking seven months?

This should certainly have been tried. But damn that was stupid of that kid to be waving that gun around in public.
