If anyone interested the decision on subsidies will stand 6-3 decision in favor.

Great news! I suspect a lot of republicans are also breathing a sigh of relief

Here is the CNN article:

http://www.cnn.com/2015/06/25/politics/supreme-court-ruling-obamacare/index.html

Any guesses on how long it takes forum poster KarRove to whine about this decision?

I guess it is back to the drawing board for ardent conservatives who want to gut the ACA. What will they try next?

Now to work on fixing it. If they don't tweak it, it never really will work the way it was intended.

Justice Scalia a dissenter said we can now call it SCOTUSCARE, that would be a welcome change than hearing obamacare 1000 times a day.

I think it's pretty clear that the "intent" of the law was that the subsidies would be provided in all States.

Much as I disagree with many aspects of the Affordable Care Act the ruling is probably the correct one.

It will be up to the new Republican President & Congress to fix this debacle.

It was an absurd lawsuit.

It's ridiculous that three justices dissented.

I know which three without even looking.

Let's see how those stocks do when it becomes clear the HilldaBeast is not going to win & there will be a Republican Congress in the next administration.

(Of course, considering how our political system is bought-and-sold ... they may fare just fine.)

It is and will continue to be a fiasco until it is fixed. Garbage in garbage out. This may be good news for the Obama administration, but not for his "legacy".

Now that four year's work to destroy Obamacare has been tossed in the toilet, there's only one thing left for all the hardcore, whacko wingnuts on this forum to do ....

Go find a tall building and leap, you insignificant swine.

That's an absurd conclusion. Federal abortion bans? Increased military spending? New voting rights ID requirements to diminish the votes of Latinos and African-Americans? A failing infrastructure and those wonderful, 100% patriotic republicans who now run the senate and the congress won't vote to fund a single failing bridge or tunnel .... there's plenty of things where the government really needs legitimate investigation -- and not the witch-hunt politically inspired "let's punish the liberals," bullshit mob actions now in place by your team. Reality.
