Great news! I suspect a lot of republicans are also breathing a sigh of relief

Any guesses on how long it takes forum poster KarRove to whine about this decision?

I guess it is back to the drawing board for ardent conservatives who want to gut the ACA. What will they try next?

Now to work on fixing it. If they don't tweak it, it never really will work the way it was intended.

Justice Scalia a dissenter said we can now call it SCOTUSCARE, that would be a welcome change than hearing obamacare 1000 times a day.

I think it's pretty clear that the "intent" of the law was that the subsidies would be provided in all States.

Much as I disagree with many aspects of the Affordable Care Act the ruling is probably the correct one.

It will be up to the new Republican President & Congress to fix this debacle.

I wonder if the one's purchasing these stocks have done any research on just how much money a few of the company's lost on their under 65 business because of scotuscare.
