Whoa! Time for a reality check.
Nowhere in that whole Dylann Roof blathering they're calling a "manifesto" is there anything that would indicate Roof had any Christian ideas or any religiousity of any kind for that matter.
Christians, especially the fundamentalist/evangelical/right-wing variety you're referring to would never spew out stuff like this...

Evangelicals/fundamentalists/right-wing Christians view Jews to be God's "chosen people".

I appreciate your hatred for all three but that's clouding your ability to judge all this.
First, the survivalists. You may not have read the manifesto so missed this part...

What he's referring to is survivalists are inclined to withdraw from regular society and relocate to remote areas away from ordinary society to be amongst only their own kind.
And he's clearly telling us that is not what he had any intention of doing.
Lastly, modern day right-wing media is not what it once was.
Radio personality Brother Carl Gallups is a prime example. Gallups is now a champion of the black race. Like most right-wing pundits on both radio and television, Gallups has replaced racial bigotry with homophobic bigotry.
Right-wing pundits now enlist the aid of black people in their campaign to trash homosexuals. On his radio program last Friday, Gallups presented a close friend who is a former black panther who Gallups says was wrongly convicted of a political crime. And then the two of them together as a team then spent much of the interview trying to convince the radio audience
how evil homosexuality is.
