Since it is well known that Iran will not keep their word on anything, what does it even matter if this bogus, secret agreement is binding on no one?

What the heck is going on with this "president". Maybe that's how he did things as a Community Organizer?

Kerry: Iran deal 'not legally binding'

Washington Examiner

By Charles Hoskinson
·Published March 11, 2015

The Obama administration won't submit any deal limiting Iran's nuclear ambitions to Congress for approval because it won't be legally binding, Secretary of State John Kerry said Wednesday.

"We've been clear from the beginning we're not negotiating a legally binding plan. We're negotiating a plan that will have a capacity for enforcement," he told the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.

"We don't even have diplomatic relations with Iran right now."

Pretty clear what America and their allies are trying to achieve. Verification of Iran's nuclear weapon development......if that happens, the rest is mere politics. As President Reagan so aptly said......"trust, but verify". In the absence of verification, you have nothing.

Nor was Sadham, but UN weapon inspectors were correct.  There were no weapons of mass destruction.  None were used against our soldiers, and they told us none would be found.  They had access and the ability to verify.  Already folks are trying to recreate Iraq.

It's the same band of Neocons who believe that America has no peers militarily in this part of the 21st Century, and we should throw our military weight around. They did not learn their lesson well from the Iraq war.

Bring the draft back with no exemptions for anyone, suck their children into the Army, and send them off to war. See how the voters who put these rubes into office like it then.

Great idea!

No deferments.

That would put an end to all these costly and unnecessary military adventures real quick.

As has been proven, time after time now, there were, in FACT, WMD's in Iraq along with over 500 tonnes of yellow cake.

So very typical of the pathetic far left Progressives in our midst. Shameful.

AGAIN they either lack the knowledge or intellect to discuss issue at hand so somehow, they shift the discussion to...the draft.

As always, the Progressives do not see a problem, the volunteer military is a resounding success to my Progressive good friends want to rush in with a solution to a problem which does not exist.

They simply don't know what to say in defense of a semi-retired President negotiating a NON-BINDING agreement, with a country developing nuclear weapons who are known, around the world, as not being trustworthy.

Why? The Progressives CANNOT defend that amateurish behavior so they attack something else.

No there wasn't and your theory has never been proven.

Your amateurish posts are ridiculed here on a daily basis.

A non-binding agreement relieves the President's obligation to work with the current monkey house of a Congress on a deal, and when turned into a UN security resolution it quickly becomes binding, so it's a no-brainer.

Besides, it worked brilliantly in regards to Syria's chemical weapons.
