The areas affected received 16-18 inches in a short time span.
Sorry, but Kentucky is just not equipped to handle that nor should they be.

The crisis has now passed and the thaw is mercifully underway, spring is right around the corner, Kentucky plays next Friday in the SEC tourney and I will finally and happily be back in Florida after the event . . . . all is good!
