The godaddy parody commercial was made in response to this Budweiser Clydesdale commercial which will be aired on the Super Bowl.

Godaddy has now pulled the parody commercial from the Super Bowl and is creating another commercial to take it's place.

Some in media circles are speculating that godaddy knew the parody commercial would create a lot of controversy and it was a planned publicity stunt.  In other words,  they release the parody commercial,  get a lot of attention for it,  announce that the parody commercial is being pulled,  and then tell everybody there will be a new commercial on Super Bowl night.  And then of course everybody is watching for what the new commercial will be.
If so it's a very clever way of getting the name godaddy into the media spotlight and getting us to talk about godaddy as is evidenced by this thread.
