The female vocalist with the band in the background is my daughter.

The band is her part-time job. She does have a regular (full-time) day job, too.

That's funny. She has been with the band for about 4.5 years. They play at different venues in the area. The Sand Shaker, Seville, World of Beer, Juana's Pagodas in Navarre, Helenbach over in Fort Walton Beach.  She also does comedy with a local improv troop.

The other band members are all from the Niceville area. When she first joined the band, most of their gigs were over in that area. The past couple of years, they have migrated this way, as they have become locally known.

I think her alter ego would rather be a full-time entertainer, but I am not sure that is in the cards. She says the type of singing she does with the band is hard on her vocal chords, and I know that performing in a smokey-bar really nails her hard. That last point may determine how long she stays with the band.
