I read about this one this morning in the daily email blog message I get from Aviation Week magazine.
The article says the device works really good, except you can't see the light in the beams like you can in Sci-Fi movies.

I thght the sound cannon would prove a useful tool... but it really hasn't been used to it's full effects.
