The Staten Island Grand Jury "investigating" the death of Eric Garner, refuses to indict cops who murdered the black, unarmed suspect in a cigarette tax avoidance confrontation.

Video exists showing Garner being choked by a cop, Garner rasping "I can't breathe! I can't breathe."

The coroner states that the victim was strangled.

We saw who did it.

The Grand Jury, directed by another crooked prosecutor finds the cops not guilty of any crime.

Based on the far right's avid defense of Darren Wilson in the shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo., I'm waiting to hear from Markle or Pacedog or any other right wing forum members why the NY cop was indeed innocent of murdering the black suspect.

We're all ears.

It's time to get rid of Grand Jury investigations altogether -- since it's now evident that when cops are accused of crimes they never get indicted.

A black cigarrillo thief, a black 12-year-old with a toy gun, and a black man strangled on TV ....

It's not a black or white problem -- it's a problem we all face now that we realize cops can and do get away with murder -- even in America's largest city.

The U.S.A. is supposed to be the greatest nation in the world. Really?

Since 911 this country has given the criminal justice system a blank check. It is time to take it back.

I agree. It's time to do away with Grand Jury investigations in situations involving cops accused of violence or brutality.

On one TV show this evening, a former NYPD cop bemoaned that situations like the non-indictment of the cop who strangled Eric Garner will bring about a barrier of miss-trust between the community and police in America, and that this would be a bad thing because some cops will get hurt or worse.

Or worse is fine with me!

Oh yeah! Let's just make decisions without deliberation by a jury that's supposed to be impartial. While we're at it let's just go back to havin' some public lynchin's too...

No dumb asz, a prosecutor does not need a grand jury to bring charges. Right now the prosecutor could charge the officer. If they choose to charge, they simply have to have a preliminary hearing. Its called prosecutor discretion. It is not a lynch mob........

Look shit head. You all were given a grand jury to determine the case because you needed a national level incident and it backfired on ya' all. You and other posters that continually scream racism would still have a problem even if it was done the way you're now suggesting if a police officer was left off in the end and Wordslinger would continue his ranting about how there needs to be dead cops. So to quote you... I'm just calling ya' all like I see it.

My daughter has been putting dangerous violent felons for 10 years in Prison. She has ran a hundred cases in front of grand juries. Nobody she works with has ever heard of bringing a defendant into the grand jury room, and not presenting the most favorable evidence to allow a probable cause finding by the grand jury. There never was a fair grand jury. Hardened prosecutors are rolling there eyes over what happened in St. Louis County. None of the lies could be cross examined if you bastardize the process and do not allow the case to get to trial. Justice did not happen in St. Louis County until the officer is given a fair trial. Trial avoidance was successful, but do not confuse the same with justice. The officer may eventually be found not guilty at trial, but this crime has not been adjudicated......just avoided at the present time.

You, and possibly your daughter and some other posters, may not feel what was done was right or adequate... But then how many felons who should have been placed in confinement, or put down like the rabid dogs they are, walked on a technicality because certain damning evidence was inadmissible in court over the decades? If anyone is at fault it's the American people for allowing the justice system as a whole develop into what it is. Wilson and these other police may or may not be guilt as sin. However you got a hearing by a grand jury and you're still not happy. I would tell you if you don't like it then become part of the system and make the changes... But according to what I know about you you're to old for that. So instead I'm going to say... Get over it.

No sweetheart; I'm against manipulation of the Grand Jury as a means to achieving police protection in an obvious murder case.

And if a few cops get killed as a result of this horrendous malpractice of law, that's okay by me! Many of us no longer see cops as part of "us," but always part of THEM.

Sooner or later there will be dead cops if they continue murdering people with impunity.

It's good to know your enemies.

Please show us where the coroner stated that Eric Garner died of suffocation (strangled).

My Socialist/Communist good friend Wordslinger lied about the circumstances in Ferguson when Michael Brown was killed.  The facts didn't support Wordslinger's Socialist/Communist beliefs.

Markle says: "Please show us where the coroner stated that Eric Garner died of suffocation (strangled)."

How about the cover of the Daily News?

HOMICIDE: Medical examiner says NYPD chokehold killed Staten Island dad Eric Garner
The 43-year-old dad died July 17 after cops on Staten Island attempted to arrest him for selling untaxed cigarettes. 'Thank God the truth is finally out,' the man's widow said Friday after the report was unveiled.

In keeping with his regular theme of inventing new meanings to simple words, Corporatist Swine Markle evidently can't make the jump from "chokehold caused death" to "Eric Garner died of suffocation (strangled)."

OK, I'll cede the point. Mr. Garner was killed by a NYPD chokehold.

LOL.

Mr. Markle is a very strong proponent of using police to project corporate power. It's good to know your enemies!
