I have researched story's for and against and by far I think that anyone voting against this for medicinal use only has either been a very selfish person most of their life or a mental capacity of a spoon. I've heard people say well there is a pill for that why does anyone need anything else? Well although I am not a healthcare worker I have seen many client's who would have benefited more from this than pills.

I can only hope that the poll is seriously under sampling the youth vote.

The pill does not work well.

I wasn't going to vote in the governor's race. But now I'm going to vote for Crist only for one reason. Because that goddamn Las Vegas faggot asshole is also giving money to Scott.
AND, if I ever hear about that Vegas faggot trying to do anything to make money in Florida, I'm going to do anything and everything I can do to make it harder for him.
AND I'm going to study what he's doing in Las Vegas. And I'm going to write letters to the Las Vegas newspaper to oppose it.

Well there's always hope.

from wiki:

"Virtually every prediction (with or without public opinion polls) indicated that Truman would be defeated by Dewey."

Looks like Markle can rest easy. Reefer Madness will not be coming to Florida Dewey-defeats-truman-thumb-560x422

BUT,  what is even more astounding,  is Dewey looks like a twin to Sheldon Addison at an age when he was first starting out his career as a swindler.

Looks like Markle can rest easy. Reefer Madness will not be coming to Florida Dewey10

I shouldna made fun of Dewey.  This is also from wiki:

"By the late 1930s Dewey's successful efforts against organized crime—and especially his conviction of Lucky Luciano—had turned him into a national celebrity. His nickname, the "Gangbuster", was used for the popular 1935 Gang Busters radio series based on his fight against the mob. Hollywood film studios made several movies inspired by his exploits; Marked Woman starred Humphrey Bogart as a Dewey-like DA and Bette Davis as a "party girl" whose testimony helps convict the gang boss."

I despise those italian mobster types.  Nothing but lowlife thugs dressed up in silk suits and sitting in church.

But of course I probably would not have liked Dewey overall. I picture him as an earlier version of Rudy Guilliani. I admire both for busting up the mob but that's about it.

But then again I suppose Guilliani did do a pretty good job as Mayor of New York. And Dewey might have done the same as Governor of NY.
But there's just something about Guilliani that rubs me the wrong way. Figuratively of course.

TG,

This what we have for our politics now...

It's why are country will go down the tubes if we don't find some alternative to republicans and democrats.

It's why are country will go down the tubes if we don't find some alternative to republicans and democrats.

Your deductive reasoning usually is flawed. You seldom try inductive reasoning and take a position based of real facts and issues. You give these generic cliches which boiled down to its essence is simple nihilism on steroids.

So you find some flaws in personalities, and say that flaws are with both Republican and Democrats, and therefore both are bad. Hard to argue that people have flaws. However, the issue is good government in a representative government. You rarely use inductive reasoning because it is precise and not very tolerant of your tendency to paint with such a broad brush which is the essence of nihilism.

So, two candidates take positions on how a sewer plant should or should not be expanded. Candidate A is a chain smoker and drunk, and Candidate B is a serial womanizer. Candidate A believes the sewer plant should remain in the flood plain which gets destroyed every 10 years and costs 10 million to repair after a hurricane. Candidate B believes the sewer plant should be moved out of the flood plain for a cost of 20 million. Both candidate A and B belong to political parties.

Bob would argue that candidate A is a drunk and candidate b is a womanizer and that both parties are worthless. A non nihilist would argue the merits of the cost, depreciation, and risk of the actual sewer issue and would vote based on the substance of the issue. We have had enough of nihilism in this country and the lazy throwing of ones hand in the air declaring there is no difference and they are all bad......it is much more difficult and courageous to actually look at the substance of issues and take positions which must be defended. It is easy to say THEY are all bad.

Ann Coulter needed a lot fewer words to say what you just did,  seaoat.

"You're either a liberal (democrat) or a conservative (republican) if you have an IQ above a toaster."

But thank god you and Coulter are losing,  seaoat.  Polls are showing Americans in droves are turning away from you high IQ republicans and democrats.  That's why the popularity of the independent candidates is growing.
Will we be able to get rid of you high IQ types overnight?  Shit no.  But we'll keep working on it until we do.  And our numbers will keep growing.

Here's another individual who can't use inductive reasoning,  who paints with a broad brush,  and who is a nihilist.  lol
Thank Allah there's more of us.

Yes, lazy, comfortable, disconnected, frightened, citizens are throwing their arms up and saying they are all the same as they get manipulated and controlled. Courageous Americans take stands on issues, become involved in their community, and make a difference in their life as the American experiment thrives. It is a pretty simple choice. Isolated self indulgence with insular cocoons with video entertainment at a fingertip behind closed doors, versus actually living with risk of debate and community involvement which makes the specific issues important, but require leaving the envelope of self indulgence and security.......most choose easy, and the results become obvious.

My IQ may be lower than a toaster. But trust me, son, Jon Stewart's IQ is a whole lots higher than yours and Ann Coulters combined. lol

They are both intelligent and engaged, and being compared to the same is an honor.
