That's news? It would have happened under a GOP presidency, too.

I have to agree with Pace on this one......there will not be a Republican President in the next twenty years.

As spelled by years by my good friend Wordslinger. Perhaps a bit of senility is setting in?Wordslinger wrote:PACEDOG#1 wrote:Obama or as Seaoat has called him .... The half Caucasian ..... The record taxation you refer to has been foisted on the middle and lower economic classes, while the rich have had their tax rates reduced.
In simple terms, the majority of us are being screwed so guys like the Koch Bros. have more to play with.
Screw America [Amerika] Inc.!!

The banks paid all the money back with interest.
Had the auto companies been allowed to go through a normal bankruptcy instead of the one paid for by tax payers we'd have been much further ahead.
The auto companies would have been bought by other companies with superior management, ideas and plans. Instead, they have the same management, same unions, same bad ideas.
Chrysler might be different. After all, they are no longer an American auto maker but rather an Italian car maker.
And you think Mitt Romney would not have run a huge deficit had he been elected? You are an idiot. Romney was all set to ramp defense spending up from its already boated share of the budget pie, and the only way he could have done this is by running a deficit. Romney's deficits might have been bigger than Obamas.PACEDOG#1 wrote:Obama or as Seaoat has called him .... The half Caucasian ..... Money spent is money spent. The only difference is that Democrats are going to cut defense while giving out free handouts and never reduce the actual budget. Sort of like when the state of Florida OKed the lottery for education. The money that would have been spent on education was diverted elsewhere and lottery funding tool the place of money removed from that budget for PORK in other places.
At least with defense, people are being productive, earning a paycheck, paying taxes, and in turn helping the government in the long run. What return on the investment of handouts does the government receive in return for its effort? Hardly any.

A tank sitting in storage in AZ produces nothing. So when Butchmeup and all the other scardy cats are frightened that ISIS is going to kill all of us........they want to throw more money down the rabbit hole and make this nation weaker. We need to be economically strong before we can be militarily strong. The choices are clear.
