So the real blame on the whole Muslim situation, and most especially Iraq, lies with Bill Clinton and his lack of ensuring that inspections and the like were held on time with no guff. Then to top it off he had little to no reliable intelligence coming in from those areas and a lack of will to do anything about what he did know. So the whole Iraqi and Muslim situation lies with Slick Willie and his inept leadership, foreign relations, intelligence gathering, and management skills.
