DOW POWERHOUSE™ Expands Availability to Florida, New Jersey, and North Carolina

I wonder who will be the first in Pensacola to install a solar roof using Dow PowerHouse solar roofing shingles, now that they are becoming available in our state? They have been on the market since October, 2011, and Dow has been slowly introducing them into selected markets.
A PowerHouse roof supposedly reduces ones power bill by 40-60%. You are stil connected the grid, but you use grid-power when you need to supplement the solar-cells, and the utility buys power from you (meter runs backwards) when you generate more poser than you are using.
We are bigger than average electricity users in my house, and a net 50% reduction in my power bill would allow me to pay for such a roof in 12-13 years.
