What a loser!!!

It is really sad when a fellow Republican comes out to tell the truth about the GOP!

He said it all with just one line in his OpEd:

"....The truth is that the party has failed to demonstrate the kind of leadership or seriousness voters deserve..."

No lying in that statement at all. The Republican Party has done nothing in the last four years to even remotely demonstrate that their candidate deserves to win in November.

What you and Benedict Judas Crist fail to realize is that the REPUBLICANS have not been in charge of the Federal government since Jan 20, 2009. This is Crist's attempt to get in good with the Dems so that he can run as Dem in future elections.

The name attached to this thread (Judas) is a hoot. Charlie Crist was light years above Jeb Bush or the clown who is now the Governor (Old Baldy). While I'm here and on the subject Rubio is a pathetic joke for a Senator, embarrassingly unprepared to adequately represent our state but this is what you get when the voters bow to ideology over talent.

Rubio has more experience even than Obama. LOL. You'd defend Pontius Pilate too I bet.

If that is true dog then why is he not the POTUS? He is the GOP's token immigrant story and that is his appeal but his experience is thin at best. You can leave out the Pontius Pilate crap as it doesn't behoove your posts.

Who has controlled congress since Jan 20, 2009? Congress has controlled this country for years and the lack of them working with each other simply shows nothing but ignorance. What they lack is negotiating and compromise and that is both parties.

Well said reaper, that is what we all collectively know but both sides are in denial and the country will continue to suffer for their inability to compromise.

Yep, it will never change in our life time. It will probably take a full blown revolution to change anything.

Out of the succession of Republican governors of Florida, Charlie Crist was the only one with somewhat rational policies. If you need a "Judas", you might pick this jerk:

ALWAYS worth a good laugh when Liberals think that they can define what a Republican should be!....This is the problem with liberals/loony left they think they are smarter and now think they know what is best for the opposition party...Prior to to solving what a republican should or shouldn't be...how about looking in your own back yards and explain the extinct moderate to conservative democrats...guess it's easier to tell others HOW to be more open and tolerant rather than being open and tolerant...but again it was a good laugh...

My comment wasn't meant to be entertaining...especially not to you. I appreciate a person who's not afraid to stand up for what's right. Your side doesn't have any of those. KMA

Republicans have shifted from small government low taxes into Huge government Big spenders. That's what happens when you mix those DAMNED neocons with regular repubs. You get idiots as bad as the Democrats or even worse. Neocons love killing people,....any people will do it seems...they get their jollies blowing people to bits with their expensive technology.

Crist is a leftist progressive liberal democrat just like the guy he's supporting. No surprise there. He can put the (R) or (I) behind his name, doesn't change the facts.

You are right, from 09 to 11, the Democrats could not even agree with each other when they held both houses and the WH. Now how STUPID is that when they cannot even get together with a majority and even pass a simple BUDGET of which we have not had since Bush?
