Can a person buy one of the large public statutes of the pelicans, or does somebody know who manufactured them.

I have found a place which makes four foot fiberglass animals. They do not have a Pelican. They have a four foot duck, but no Pelican. I found plenty of small Pelican yard ornaments, but I am looking for a large pelican like I have seen in Pensacola as Public Art. I think I will wait to Monday and call City Hall and the PNJ.
