You're probably right, but there has to be accountability.  And now Richard Clarke is saying that Bush, et al should be prosecuted for war crimes.  He was the counterintel leader.  There are still people trying to get this heard at the Hague.  And almost 13 years have passed.  Instead, we focus on one soldier who (I have read) witnessed US troops intentionally running over children with a truck.  

And I'm tired of the constant attacks on the President.  Bill Clinton's entire 2 terms of office were essentially the same--a 24/7 witch hunt...and I'm not giving him a free pass, either...nor am I giving Obama a free pass.  What I AM going to do is give him credit when he deserves it.  I don't think even he realized the difficulty he was facing at the outset...no one did.  How about a little credit, instead of the nonstop bashing at every single opportunity?  

What happened to our national conscience?  What happened to the moral and ethical principles we try to teach our kids?
