I just added to the comment blog on that story,  tex.  My comment was inspired by a friend whose main argument against legalizing marijuana was that "if marijuana was no worse than alcohol you could get it in a bar.  But it's an addictive narcotic that you find in back alleys so I don't want to have anything to do with it".  
I tried to explain the irony of that to him but he didn't get it.

By the way,  there's somebody else named "Moon" commenting on that blog.  Maybe it's Troy's son or nephew or something.

p.s.  don't get high hopes (no pun intended) though because this is a Constitutional Amendment which requires  60% of the voters to approve it.
There's not a chance in hell that a state which has 60% of voters living in retirement villages will ever do that.  Might as well try to put evolution and gay marriage on the same ballot too.  lol
