In a move that is reminiscent of the tyrannical actions of Abraham Lincoln that led to the War of Northern Aggression, Barack Obama says that he will not wait on states to enforce Obamacare. Instead his administration has announced its intent is to completely disregard the state’s Tenth Amendment rights to nullification of the Obamacare law, via their passed legislation and state constitutions. In fact, his administration has said that in states where they refuse to comply with federal healthcare mandates that agents from the Department of Health and Human Services will assume absolute control over the state’s health insurance industry.

Well although some of the state's in the article refused to enforce it the insurance company's in Texas sure enforced it. It doesn't matter though you will soon to be able to sign up while you wait for an oil change, waiting in line for fast food or visit your favorite sit down restaurant and your server will sign you up before taking your meal order. He is circumventing state insurance office's of regulation and just about anyone will be able to sign you up without knowing one iota about insurance.

Smart enough to understand that not reading the Obamacare law before voting on it has created a giant clusterfukk.

All of Congress and the admin should be impeached for not having read this bill and understanding it totally. And the POTUS should be impeached for LYING about being able to keep your doctor and insurance no matter what. He lied...repeatedly.

Obama needs to be questioned about all of this like Clinton was during his impeachment hearing and without his teleprompter and AIDES to help him he will flounder and flop around like a fish and the truth will come out not just on this issue, but his entire presidency that he has been and will always be an EMPTY suit.
