Not everything bad is done by the CIA, just as not all of our problems can be solved by the GOV.

Ill have to agree with pkr and say yes, we have some culture problems.

we have a generation whos life is spent on video games and many of these kids are medicated and/or diagnosed with things like adhd etc when really all their problem is lack of parenting. So yes, they can become disaffected by what reality is and/or emotional detachment to the consequences of their actions.
