Aware of where it is located and the Count was included in the press conference and happens to be the one up for re-election...No complaints about the City Police whatsoever...after the shootings that have taken place...a week ago they began to be proactive and began making spot checks at various locations and made arrests...The City Police did this by increasing their manpower around the areas and without the input of Count Chocula and the S/A Office!...It is going to have to become a proactive solution to the violence problems and Count Chocula is not of that mindset and his deputies are about equally worried not only confronting the criminals on the street but having to explain their actions to an administration that is driven by political correctness and politics rather that good proactive police work...The City and Chief Simmons gets it!...Maybe if there were elections on a regular basis or a camera crew around then Sheriff/Count Chocula would have paid attention at the beginnings of this problem and not just weeks before a primary election...

I guess the city police should have been at HB patting down the customers and this wouldn't have happened..

All that I get out of your posting is that you hate morgan and try to blame him for everything. This happened in the city and you still want to bring the ECSO into it, nuff said..
