A Health and Human Services official involved in the preparation of the Affordable Care Act says the administration stopped issuing proposed rules for several months before the 2012 general election, causing delays as contractors, states and insurance companies awaited guidance to move forward. There was never a question at the time. If this fiasco, along with the huge numbers of people losing their insurance to be faced with far higher rates AND those losing jobs came before the election, President Barack Hussein Obama would have lost in a landslide.

He knew that from day one. It is easy for someone from the Chicago Way to lie, cheat and steal their way to office.

Let me recap the last few years:
1. The Affordable Care Act will never become a law because the American People and Congress will never pass the same. WRONG
2. The President will lose the 2012 election because people hate the Affordable Care Act. WRONG
3. The Supreme Court will overrule the Affordable Care Act as unconstitutional. WRONG
4. The government will be shut down and the debt ceiling held as hostages until President Obama caves and scraps the Affordable Care Act. WRONG
5. If only people knew that the Affordable Care Act was not perfect, and it would be difficult initially to get your new health policies, President Obama would have lost 2012 so he needed to cover up and slow down the process so he was elected. WRONG

The bad choice of a contractor for a website does not change the success of this program in offering millions of people with pre existing conditions, or lousy and ineffective health care policies from getting real coverage independent of their employment.

I am imperfect in my sports predictions, but with this track record, do you think anybody with a wit of sense is buying into this nonsense that the Affordable Care Act is going away anytime soon?

Each day that goes by in the spirit of the Halloween season.....the horror house continues. Folks after hours being wasted are signing up for health insurance which actually covers the folks. People with preexisting conditions which kept them employed with employers who exploited their health situation suddenly are given freedom. It is a real horror show. It is growing. It will soon sweep the entire country with this horrible scary proposition.......people will be insured and they will finally being carrying their own weight.......not the taxpayers.

Hell they're still sneaking final rules in, pay attention to page 152 of federal register. We all may get single payer before we know, they certainly want to put the insurance company's out of business.
