The House passed the Senate bill..... Uncle Teddy from Texas decided not to filibuster the Senate bill so it could pass that chamber, and the Tehadists in the House were outnumbered by more level-headed GOP Congressmen/women who knew they could not allow the government to default.

The question remains, what happens when this drill must be gone through again after the first of the year?
